Public trust is earned through transparency, fiscal responsibility, and measurable results. Every dollar entrusted to our schools represents a commitment to students, families, and taxpayers—and that commitment must be honored.
Unfortunately, there is a great deal of misinformation circulating about district finances. The good news is that White Bear Lake Area Schools provides an exceptional level of transparency. The district's website contains more than a decade of budgets, revised budgets, independent audits, facilities updates, and other financial reports that are available for anyone to review.
This level of openness exceeds what is found in many districts because transparency is not just a requirement—it is a core value of both the School Board and district leadership. When community members have access to accurate information, they can make informed decisions and have confidence that resources are being managed responsibly in support of student success.
